Start with the work that keeps coming back.
Client reviews that take too much chasing. Meeting follow-up that still needs to be copied into the CRM. Onboarding requests that move through a string of emails with no clear owner.
We start with a recurring problem, map the whole process and test what your existing software can do. Where a gap remains, we scope and build the missing workflow or integration. New software needs a reason to be there.
A defined scope before a build.
- One workflow: its starting point, finish, systems and exceptions.
- A written scope and quote: deliverables, dependencies, responsibilities and what is outside the work.
- Build and testing: configured tools, available integrations and review points.
- A usable handoff: team instructions, launch criteria and a named owner.
- A way to measure it: time, quality and completed work compared with the starting baseline.
Choose a useful starting point.
Client review scheduling
Move from a confirmed household list to approved outreach, tracked responses and booked reviews. Keep exceptions with a person who can resolve them. Walk through an illustrative scheduling workflow →
Meeting follow-up and CRM tasks
Turn reviewed meeting outputs into draft follow-up, assigned tasks and checked CRM updates. Test missing facts, duplicate tasks and failed connections before expanding use.
Onboarding and service requests
Coordinate requests, documents and internal handoffs. Make missing information and stalled work visible, with an owner and a next action.
What happens on the first call?
We discuss where the process slows down, what your team does today and which systems are involved. You can ask whether the work fits ThrivAI, what would need to be checked and how an implementation would be scoped. No client records are needed for this conversation.

Questions before you start
What does it cost?
The quote depends on the workflow, access, integration requirements, testing and support. We agree on the scope and commercial terms before starting. Software costs and ongoing responsibilities belong in that discussion.
Do we need new software?
Not necessarily. We evaluate capabilities your firm already owns first. A new tool should close a tested gap and justify its ongoing cost.
Will this work with our CRM?
We check your actual configuration, permissions and supported connection options before committing to an integration. Where an API is unavailable, we assess an approved export or manual handoff and explain its limits.
Who approves client-facing actions?
Your firm sets the rules. We define review points, permissions, exception handling and a way to stop the workflow or continue manually. Compliance and legal decisions remain with your firm.
What happens after launch?
The handoff names an owner and documents how the process runs. Monitoring, fixes and further improvements can be covered by a separately agreed AI Operations Partnership.
